These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ITHitec's ("we") website, software, and services. By registering, placing an order, or using a License, you agree to these Terms.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

License and software use

• An issued license key is a personal/organizational right for the purchaser only; it may not be transferred, shared, or redistributed without authorization
• The number of devices that can be activated is limited by your purchased package (max activations)
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a License if we find misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms

Payments

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed through our chosen providers (credit/debit card via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or PromptPay). Bank transfer/PromptPay payments require verification and approval by our team.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be error-free at all times, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

Prohibited use

• You may not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the license validation system
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
